Why PCS exists

PCS was founded to be able to offer you all the services required when planning, constructing and running production plants for pre cast concrete components.

We are independent and do our business for the customers benefit, only. We co-operate with all well-known suppliers of relevant equipment and developement. Additionally we support you when you first become involved in this technology.

From architecture to statics, from production to construction of the buildings. This enables you to start using new technologies without any risks.

In Thailand we are currently building a factory of this type. As your partner we can take care of everything necessary for you to be successful in the market, or set up a joint venture with you.

PCS milestones

1994 founding by Christian Prilhofer

1995 planning and building of two closed circuit production lines for the production of solid wall elements for prefabricated and multi-storey homes.

1996 plant for the production of floor slab elements and balconies. 7 staff (incl. Forklift driver and foreman) produce 1225 m² floor slab elements and balconies in 8 hours.

1997 plant for the production of solid walls and floor slabs. Output per shift approx. 500 m².

1998 combined plant for the production of floor slab elements and double wall elements in Belgium. Output per hour approx. 180 m² concreted area (approx. 50% floor slabs &. 50% double walls). Hourly value approx. 0,1 man-hours per m² cast area.

Application of a CAD/CAM controlled mesh reinforcement plant for the production of sandwich elements and special parts for industrial construction; max. individual component weight 32 t.

1999 establishment of a 2nd office in Thalheim/Wels, Austria 1999 Plant for the production solid walls and special parts. First separation of processing- and transfer layers. First flexible concept with a high degree of automation.

2000 combined plant for the production of wall elements for the construction of houses. High degree of automation. Carrier, construction firm specialised in single occupancy houses.

2001 development of a small plant with 3 variants. This plant has hourly values, which are comparable with those of a commercial sized installation. Investment costs are in relation to the plant’s output and are also comparable with those of the highest performance plants.

2002 Combined plant for all areal products such as floor slabs and walls as partly precast and solid elements in Sweden

2003 Combined plant for all areal products such as floor slabs and walls as partly precast and solid elements for houses and industrial buildings in Ireland

2004 plant for 110.000 m² solid walls per month for the construction of villas in Bangkok, Thailand. Successful start-up in December 2004.

2005 Multi function plant for the production of buildings with a patented steel frame and concrete structure as well as production of double and solid walls and floor slabs in Dubai / U.A.E.
